Frederik has 15 years of experience with data driven innovation and business development from ReD Associates and as a Special Advisor for the Danish Prime Minister’s Office. He is the chairman of the non-executive Board and functions as a strategic collaboration partner on the biggest projects at Stagis.

Thomas is a strategic collaboration partner and member of the non-executive Board at Stagis. He has extensive experience with strategic communication from The Danish Broadcasting Corporation and from eight years as General Manager in Bysted. Today Thomas is the CEO of the well-known fashion brand Stine Goya, where he works to introduce the brand globally.

Founder and Director of Strategy
Nikolaj is the founder and CEO of Stagis. As an expert in process facilitation, he advises organizations on strategy, branding and business development. Originally graphic designer (mDD), Nikolaj also holds a Master degree in Management Development. He is a member of the international think tank The Medinge Group, and lectures at Copenhagen Business School, University of Technology Sydney and the Danish School of Media and Journalism.

Christine has a degree in Business Administration and Organizational Communication. She advises and executes branding- and communication projects, and plans Stagis transformational meetings. Christine has extensive experience with planning and executing marketing activities.

René Kanstrup Sørensen
René is responsible for the accounting in Stagis, where he oversees the daily operations and financial reporting. René has a degree in accounting and years of experience from some of the biggest accounting firms in Denmark.

Associate Anthropological Analyst
Julie extracts insights through qualitative research and transforms them into relevant and incisive narratives that steer organisations and businesses in the right direction. She has a degree in anthropology from Aarhus University as well as a degree in analytical journalism from the Danish School of Media and Journalism.

Henrik has almost 20 years of experience as a strategy and branding advisor. He has been Managing Director and partner at several brand agencies and media companies. He advises companies on strategy and brand development and is a marketing and sales wizard. As Managing Director, Henrik is also responsible for operations and the team.
